How Kasura works
From workspace setup to daily operations.
Kasura connects setup, specialized workflows, operational boards and a public booking website so staff are not juggling spreadsheets, whiteboards and separate tools.
1. Create a workspace
Start with a Vehicle or Accommodation workspace. Add more workspaces later for another rental business or a second workspace type under the same account.

2. Add assets and configure settings
Create vehicles or units, then decide which customer, asset and handover fields are visible or required. Hide what your shop does not need. Require what staff must never forget.

3. Invite staff
Add team members with the permissions they need for that workspace.
4. Create bookings and run the flow
Vehicle teams move through booking, pickup and return — with Fast Track when returns are clean. Accommodation teams use booking, check-in, stay and check-out with room readiness. Kasura guides staff through these sections in a fixed logical order inside one dialog — it is not a multi-page wizard and not a single generic form.

5. Connect a public booking website
Publish a booking website for the workspace so public listings can reuse the assets you already manage. Control how assets can be requested or booked online. Internal fields are not all public by default.
6. Run the day on calendars and boards
Use the calendar plus digital operational boards — the Vehicle Whiteboard and Accommodation operations board — to see pickups, returns, check-ins, check-outs and items that need attention, instead of a wall whiteboard or WhatsApp thread.

Pay Kasura for your SaaS plan through Stripe. Record rental customer payments, deposits and fees on bookings. Kasura is not a full end-customer accounting or subscription platform.
