PUBLIC BOOKING WEBSITE

Add your assets. Your rental website is ready.

You do not build a second website. Each workspace publishes a booking site from that workspace's inventory, branding and booking flow. Requests and paid bookings land in Kasura for staff to run. Kasura does not take a booking commission.

Customers check dates on your site. The booking still belongs to this workspace in Kasura.

WHAT THIS GETS YOU

Take bookings on your site without a Kasura booking commission

Show this workspace's vehicles or rooms online

Let customers check availability before they request or pay

Offer request-to-book or instant-payment flows

Give customers a portal for their own bookings

The public site shows this workspace's inventory.

A vehicle workspace publishes vehicles. An accommodation workspace publishes rooms. The site does not merge stock from other workspaces.

  • Public listings from the active workspace
  • Asset / unit detail pages
  • Price quote before the customer finalizes
  • Availability checked during the booking flow
Public room listings with photos, amenities and nightly rates from the accommodation workspace.

Request-to-book, instant checkout, or both.

Choose whether customers request a booking for you to confirm, or pay online through Stripe. Themes and business content belong to that workspace's site.

  • Request-to-book flow
  • Instant online Stripe checkout
  • Customer account and booking history on the site
  • Branded themes and business content
Design themes for the workspace booking website. Branding stays with that site.

One public booking website per workspace.

An account can run a vehicle site and an accommodation site as two workspaces. They stay separate: customers, bookings, and inventory are not shared.

  • Each workspace has its own public site
  • Hybrid accounts publish two sites, not one mixed catalog
  • Bookings from the site become operator work in Kasura

Two published sites in one account — vehicle and accommodation — each on its own workspace.

Direct booking is not an OTA, marketplace, or channel manager.

A Kasura public booking website belongs to your own workspace and uses the operational data your team maintains in Kasura. It is designed for direct bookings, not for distributing availability across third-party channels.

  • Your business owns the customer relationship for bookings made through its site
  • Not a channel manager and does not synchronize availability with OTAs
  • Not a marketplace that lists rentals from multiple businesses
  • Publishing a site does not mean every internal field automatically becomes public
  • Equipment public booking sites are not available

WORKS FOR

VehiclesAccommodationsBoth, from one account

Websites run on a Kasura subdomain (custom domains are on the roadmap, not available yet). Online payments are currently powered by Stripe. Vehicle bookings support customer-facing cancellation; this is not yet equivalent on the accommodation side. Kasura is the operator's direct booking presence — not an OTA, channel manager, or marketplace.
