Check-out

Check-out is its own process with notes, photos and deposit return, deduction or retention. It is not the vehicle return flow under another name — a room stays on-site and changes readiness state, while a vehicle leaves the business and comes back in a physically different condition.

Room readiness

Units can track readiness states such as ready, dirty and cleaning. This supports daily operations. It is not a full housekeeping task-management suite.

Direct stay bookings

Kasura currently focuses on direct accommodation operations. A full channel manager is not available and Kasura does not sync automatically with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia or similar OTAs. iCal calendar synchronization is planned, and planned iCal support is not the same thing as a channel manager.

Documents and mid-stay extras

Kasura does not automatically verify passports or travel documents. You can record payments on a booking during a stay. There is no dedicated mid-stay extras catalog module today.
