Pickup

Pickup is its own process. Depending on your settings you can capture payment and deposit status, fuel, odometer, helmets and other visible or required fields. Fields can be shown or required — Kasura does not use a separate “recommended” mode.

Return and Fast Track

Return is not just flipping a status to available. When everything is fine, Fast Track lets staff skip unnecessary detail and finish quickly. When something is wrong, the detailed return covers fuel comparison, helmets, damage, photos, notes and fees such as refuel, damage, late return or lost helmet — plus deposit return, deduction or retention.

Driver’s license information

You can store driver’s license details and an image with the customer record. Kasura does not automatically verify or officially validate a driver’s license.

What this workspace does not include today

Do not expect a full maintenance-management system with service intervals, insurance policy management, registration management, key tracking, or multi-location pickup and drop-off branches inside one workspace. A vehicle's maintenance or inactive status is a simple flag, not a maintenance-management system. Scheduled maintenance dates with notes are available for accommodation units, not for vehicles.
