Different rental businesses. One Kasura account.
Run a scooter rental business, an accommodation business or both from one Kasura account. Each operation gets its own workspace with separate bookings, inventory and public booking website. Authorized staff can access shared customer profiles within your business account, while you switch between operations without signing in again.
What a workspace is
Think of a workspace as the place where you manage one rental operation. Your vehicle workspace contains your vehicles, bookings and pickup or return workflows. Your accommodation workspace contains your rooms, reservations and guest check-in or check-out workflows. Each has its own settings and booking website. Customer profiles can be shared with authorized staff within the same business account. A workspace is not a branch or a shared inventory across locations.

One account, several workspaces
Manage multiple vehicle rental operations, accommodation businesses or a combination of both under one account, subject to your plan's workspace limits. Each workspace keeps its own bookings, assets and operational settings. Authorized staff can access customer profiles shared within the business account. Cross-workspace pickup and return and combined reporting are not available today. More flexible operations across rental locations are part of Kasura's planned development.

Not a folder or a data container
Switching workspaces does more than change which bookings you see. In a vehicle workspace, you work with pickups, returns, mileage and fuel levels. In an accommodation workspace, you manage guest check-ins, check-outs and room readiness. Each workspace provides the tools for that type of rental operation, rather than simply filtering one shared list of bookings or assets.

Not a branch or location module
A workspace represents a rental operation, not necessarily a physical location. Some businesses may choose separate workspaces for different rental sites, but Kasura does not currently provide a dedicated branch, depot or franchise management layer. Inventory and bookings remain separate between workspaces, and pickup in one workspace with return in another is not supported today. More flexible pickup and return across rental locations is planned for future development, but is not yet available.
Available workspace types today
Kasura currently supports Vehicle and Accommodation workspaces. Equipment rental is planned as an additional workspace type and is not yet available. Each workspace is created for one rental type, keeping the relevant inventory, bookings and workflows separate. Additional capabilities and integrations will be introduced progressively as Kasura develops.
