Stay-specific rules, not a vehicle checklist with the labels changed.
Accommodations get their own rules: minimum stay length, default or per-unit check-in and check-out times, and a turnover buffer between bookings so a room isn't marked available before it's ready. Vehicle and accommodation businesses can run under the same account in separate workspaces; customers, reports and documents stay per workspace.
