Current subprocessors

#

The table below lists subprocessors that may process data on Kasura's behalf when you use the platform. Rental businesses connecting their own payment or communication providers may also rely on additional third parties outside this list.

Each subprocessor is engaged only for the services it provides. Not every subprocessor processes every category of personal data, and not every subprocessor is used by every Operator or every feature of the Service.

List may change

We update this page when we add or replace infrastructure providers. Material changes will be reflected here and, where required, communicated to customers. We periodically review our infrastructure providers and may replace, remove, or add subprocessors as the platform evolves. Historical versions of this page may not remain publicly available.

How we select subprocessors

#

We choose subprocessors that are appropriate for the function they perform — hosting, authentication, payments, email, or diagnostics. We expect providers to maintain reasonable security practices for the data they process on our behalf.

Formal due-diligence documentation and contractual data-processing terms between Kasura and Operators are set out in the Data Processing Agreement. Security practices are described on the Security page.

When selecting subprocessors, we consider factors such as security practices, operational reliability, privacy commitments, technical capabilities, and suitability for the services they provide.

We seek to ensure that subprocessors receive access only to the information reasonably necessary for the functions they perform on our behalf.

International processing

#

Some subprocessors operate global infrastructure and may process or store personal data in multiple countries. Where applicable, international data transfers are handled using appropriate safeguards as described in our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Updates and notifications

#

If we add a new subprocessor that materially affects how customer data is processed, we will update this page. You may contact legal@kasura.app with questions about this list. Personal data handling is also described in our Privacy Policy.

Questions regarding a specific subprocessor, its role, or the categories of data it may process can be directed to legal@kasura.app.

This page is intended as a transparency resource and should be read together with our Data Processing Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Security page.
