What is Kasura
Kasura is a Rental Operating System.
Kasura is rental management software for rental businesses. We call it a Rental Operating System because it runs the daily work — vehicles and accommodations in specialized workspaces — without asking a small team to learn a second job called the software. This is the Kasura product at kasura.app, not other businesses that share the name.
The problem Kasura solves
Many rental tools put customers, assets, calendar, prices, payments, notes and documents on one crowded page. Staff hunt for the next action. Kasura organizes real rental work into clear stages so teams focus on one task at a time. How Kasura is different
Kasura is the rental software that actually makes sense for the people who hand over the keys. Vehicle and Accommodation are not the same asset type with different labels. Each workspace type uses its own terms, statuses and operational flows. The AI agent talks in those same terms. Equipment workspaces are planned and not available yet.

What payments mean in Kasura
Kasura separates three payment layers so nothing is confused with accounting software.
- Kasura SaaS account billing: you pay Kasura via Stripe for your plan
- Rental customer payments, deposits and fees recorded on bookings
- Not a full end-customer billing, invoicing or subscription-management suite

What Kasura is not
Kasura is not only a booking calendar, not a generic ERP, not a channel manager, and not an automatic identity or driver’s license verification system. It focuses on direct rental operations.
