Why Workspaces Exist
Whether you manage several vehicle rental locations, a hotel group with properties in different countries, or both vehicles and accommodation, each operation needs its own structure. Kasura workspaces let you organize these operations separately within one business account. Bookings, assets and settings stay within their respective workspaces, while authorized staff can access shared customer profiles across the account.
What problem this solves
Managing multiple rental operations can become complicated when everything is mixed together or spread across separate accounts. A vehicle rental company with several branches needs to keep each location's bookings and fleet organized. A hotel group faces a similar challenge with properties in different cities or countries. Workspaces provide a separate operational environment for each location or business area without requiring a different Kasura business account.
Why the alternative is insufficient
A simple category or location filter cannot replace separate operational workflows. Different rental types may need different screens and terminology, while separate locations of the same rental type may have their own assets, bookings and operational settings. Workspaces provide this separation without forcing every operation into one shared structure.
How Kasura handles it
Kasura lets you switch between workspaces within the same business account without signing in again. Each workspace keeps its own bookings, assets and settings, with screens and workflows suited to its rental type. This works whether you operate several vehicle rental locations, multiple accommodation properties or a combination of both.
What this does not mean
Workspaces do not share bookings or assets, and a single booking cannot span multiple workspaces. Kasura also does not provide a consolidated report combining their operational data. Customer profiles are different: they can be accessed across workspaces within the same business account by staff with the required permissions, but they are never shared between independent business accounts.
