One account. Separate businesses.
A Workspace is one independent car rental shop or stay inside a Kasura account. It is not a branch, not an office, and not a coworking space. One login can hold several. Customers and bookings do not move between them.
What a workspace is
A Kasura Workspace is one car rental shop or one stay: vehicles or rooms, bookings, customers, settings, and a booking website. The data stays there. You stay signed in and switch with one click. This is not branch management. Customers are not shared between Workspaces.
One account, several workspaces
Kasura is not limited to one stay plus one scooter shop. You can run several vehicle businesses, several accommodation businesses, or a mix of both under the same account. Each one is its own workspace. Workspaces do not share a customer list, do not support cross-workspace bookings, and do not offer consolidated cross-workspace reporting today.

Not a folder or a data container
A Workspace is not a folder and not a location filter. Switching from a stay to a vehicle Workspace changes the counter: check-in and room readiness on one side, release, drop-off, odometer, fuel, and helmets on the other.

Not branch management
Some people create one Workspace per business because those businesses do not share customers, prices, or staff. That is an account choice. Kasura does not add a branch, depot, or franchise layer inside a Workspace. There is no shared inventory and no release or drop-off between Workspaces. This is not branch management.
Available workspace types today
Vehicle and Accommodation workspaces are available. Equipment workspaces are planned and cannot be created yet. they are Coming Soon, not live product. A workspace is created as one type; it is not a combined vehicle-and-stay inventory.
