租赁怎么做
九篇分开写。档期、重复预订、四笔钱、手工台账、Workspace，各讲一件事。
- 档期
一段日期里没有订单，就是空闲。只有一部分日期被订单盖住，是部分空闲。整段被订单盖住，是已占用。车已经交给客户、还没还回来，是出租中。这是现在的车在哪里，不是未来档期的同一个词。

- 先办完这一步
先看这是预订申请还是订单。申请不占车。订单指定车辆和日期之后，才谈交车。保存订单不是客户取车，也不是客人入住。
- 车辆和住宿
车辆是客户取车、员工确认交车、客户还车、员工完成还车。住宿是客人入住、住宿、退房。房间接着变为脏房、打扫中或可入住。

- Workspace
一套 Workspace 是一套独立的租赁生意。它不是门店、分店、网点、办公室或取车点，也不是一辆车、一间房或一套公寓。两套 Workspace 不共用客户、订单和档期。
当天和档期
看空闲和已占用，分清申请和订单，再办交车、还车、入住或退房。
- 重复预订
重复预订是两笔订单抢同一辆车或同一个房间的重叠日期。日期碰上叫时间重叠，两笔订单因此对上叫订单冲突。预订申请还不是订单，不会造成冲突。
- Availability Conflicts
An availability conflict in Kasura is a booking whose dates overlap an existing active booking on the same asset, determined directly from Kasura's own booking records.
- 押金、订金、预付租金和租金
押金是保障款。订金用来留住订单，不是定金罚则。预付租金是先收的租金。租金是租赁费用。Kasura 不判定某笔钱的法律性质，也不会因状态变化自动划款。
- Using Fast Track Return
Use Fast Track only when a vehicle return shows no damage, no fee owed, and a fuel level matching pickup — otherwise use the detailed return path instead.
- Using Room Readiness
Room readiness shows whether a unit can be checked into — ready, dirty, or cleaning — and blocks check-in until staff set it back to ready.
- Charging Rental Fees
Record a rental fee at return for refuelling, damage, lateness, or a lost item — Kasura applies it against the deposit, but never calculates the amount.
- Kasura 不做什么
Kasura 做订单、档期、交车还车、入住退房和预订网站。它不是渠道管理、酒店 PMS、GPS、维保套件、会计、证件核验，也不是随意拖拽的建站工具。设备 Workspace 即将推出，现在不能用。
- 白板、Excel 和台账
白板看今天谁把车开走。登记表和 Excel 记姓名、日期和收到的钱。人少时够用。两个人同时改，订单和档期就会分叉。
不要混用的词
车和房间不是同一套动作。押金、订金、预付租金、租金也不是同一笔。

Vehicle return processes a moving asset's changed condition — odometer, fuel, damage; accommodation check-out ends a stay and moves a stationary unit into its next readiness state.
