Rental Agreement
A rental agreement in Kasura is a document generated from a template and attached to a booking at handover.
In Kasura
In Kasura, a rental agreement is the operational document layer tied to a booking: a team defines reusable templates, generates agreement output from booking, customer, and asset data, and keeps the resulting document with the booking after handover. This gives staff a consistent handover document process without rebuilding text manually each time. Signature capture can happen in-flow as part of that handover process. The important boundary is what this term does not claim: a Kasura rental agreement page does not assert universal legal enforceability across jurisdictions, does not certify eIDAS or other qualified electronic-signature standards, does not claim DocuSign-equivalent legal infrastructure, and does not perform identity verification. It defines an operational rental document workflow inside Kasura, not a generalized legal-tech platform.
Not to be confused with
A Kasura rental agreement is not a claim of universal legal enforceability, not eIDAS certification, not DocuSign equivalence, and not identity verification.
Why this exists
Rental teams need a consistent document flow from booking data to handover signature, without recreating the same agreement manually for each booking.
