The accommodation operations board shows today's check-ins, check-outs and unit states for an accommodation workspace, on the dashboard.
- Booking
A booking in Kasura is the record reserving a specific asset for a specific customer over a specific period, including price, deposit and payment state.
- Calendar
The Kasura calendar shows bookings over time and answers when an asset is booked — for planning and conflict checking, not for today's task list.
- Deposit
A deposit in Kasura is an amount or item held as security for a booking, resolved at return or check-out by returning, deducting from, or keeping it.
- Driver's License Record
Kasura stores driver's license number, class, expiry date and an image for reference, but does not verify licenses against any authority.
- Fast Track
Fast Track lets staff complete a vehicle return quickly when nothing is wrong, skipping detailed condition and fee fields that the full return path still covers.
- Fee
