The vehicle whiteboard is a dedicated Kasura screen, available only in vehicle workspaces, that shows the current operational state of the day in a single view — pending pickups, vehicles currently out on active rentals, and any overdue returns needing attention. It exists because a calendar and a whiteboard answer fundamentally different questions: a calendar orders bookings by time, answering when something is booked, while a rental team on the ground needs to know what has to happen right now and in what state it currently is. Deriving that operational picture from a calendar alone requires filtering and mentally reassembling a timeline into a work queue — precisely the manual step that a physical whiteboard traditionally removed, and that the digital whiteboard is designed to remove again. The vehicle whiteboard is deliberately not built as a symmetrical counterpart to accommodation's operations board: it is available exclusively in vehicle workspaces, reflecting that vehicle operations (pending pickups, vehicles out, overdue returns) and accommodation operations (arrivals, departures, unit readiness) are different enough in shape that a single shared screen would not serve either well. Accommodation workspaces instead surface their equivalent daily view through an operations board on the dashboard.
