The Kasura calendar shows bookings arranged along a timeline, answering the question of when a given asset is booked — used for forward planning, checking utilization, and verifying that a new booking would not conflict with an existing one. This is a distinct question from what the vehicle whiteboard or accommodation operations board answer: those views order the same underlying bookings by operational stage and status rather than by time, surfacing what has to happen right now and in what condition it currently is. A calendar and a task-execution board are not interchangeable, even though they draw on the same booking data — a calendar organizes by time, a board organizes by task, and using only one of the two leaves the other question unanswered. Software offering only a calendar view forces staff to filter and mentally reconstruct today's actual work queue from a timeline, which is exactly the kind of derivation work that a dedicated execution view removes. The calendar view is available regardless of workspace type, unlike the whiteboard, which is specific to vehicle workspaces.
