Account roles and workspace roles.
Not everyone on your team needs the same level of access. Kasura separates account ownership from day-to-day workspace roles, so responsibilities can be assigned without giving every employee account-wide control. The Owner and optional Co-owner have account-level access, while Managers, Staff and Viewers receive roles in their assigned workspaces. A visible permission summary shows what each workspace role can view or change. Access is assigned by workspace rather than individually for every vehicle or accommodation unit.

Adding a new team member starts with a simple email invitation. Choose the workspace and role, then let the invited person create their own Kasura account. As your business grows, you can add staff seats beyond your plan's included allowance through an add-on.
